A nationwide based business is looking to appoint a Finance Director to join their thriving business. This position will be replacing the current incumbent who will be leaving the business later this year. The past two years have seen significant increase to their UK footprint and therefore this position will be heavily involved as part of the Board Exec Team taking a lead role in the strategic development.

Finance Director - About the Role
Reporting into the CEO you will take responsibility for the strategic position with executive responsibility, stakeholder management and finance modelling.This position is available on a part-time basis of 4 days per week with a hybrid working model available.
Working within this growing SME you will play an integral role in the development and growth of this business. This position will be performing a myriad of duties. You will have a direct report of one - the Financial Accounting and Reporting Manager who has a small finance team to support the business.
- Responsible for group financial services and financial performance reporting, budgeting, modelling and analysis for both internal and external stakeholders
- Production of budgets and cashflow forecast for the Group
- Contract terms negotiation, compliance, risk and assessment
- Report on contract profitability, liabilityand modelling
- Assist with new services bid pricing and modelling
- Undertake Company Secretary responsibilities (ideally you will have experience of doing so)
The successful Finance Director will have:
- CIMA / ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualified
- Experience of working within the financial services industry, ideally within funding
- Experience of limited partnerships
- Strong commercial background with a proven ability of being able to contextualise the forecasting and budget process for this business
