This $80m turnover group is looking for an experienced Operational Finance Director to join their growing business.
As part of the local Senior Leadership Team and a global organisation, you will be collaborating with your peers globally, the on–site GM and cross functionally collaborating with all manufacturing functions.
This role requires on–site presence of at least 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
- People/organisational leadership – With already a strong, competent team, it is important you continue to coach, mentor, develop and support the team to achieve and grow.
- End–to–end business finance processes – Strategic planning, responsible for Forecast and budgeting. Overseeing financial analysis and management accounting. Additionally, you will need to analyse financial performance to improve medium and long–term business planning/forecasts and ensure that proper management review procedures are maintained.
- Financial advice and guidance to the leadership team – You will work closely with the site GM to provide analyses for investments, support customer pricing, contract negotiations, and manage compliance with regulatory requirements. You will research and provide providing guidance to business on accounting and regulatory issues.
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Chartered or Certified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
- A progressive finance career, in a manufacturing environment essential.
- Experience in preparing, analysing, and implementing accounting and reporting requirements.
- Experience of working to tight reporting deadlines.
- Knowledge of US reporting requirements including Sarbanes–Oxley.
