Finance Director

My client are seeking an experienced Finance Director to join their successful business. You will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of the organisation. We are seeking financial leader with a proven track record of success in driving financial growth and stability. The ideal candidate will contribute to the overall success of the organisation by effectively managing all financial tasks. They will oversee the financial operations of the business and provide frequent financial reports. They will also assure strict adherence to financial regulations and compliance.

1.Financial Strategy:

• Develop and execute the financial strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and board of directors.

2.Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Monitor and report on financial performance against key performance indicators.

3.Risk Management:

• Implement robust risk management policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.

4.Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Develop and implement professional development plans for team members.

5.Financial Reporting:

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Finance Director or in a similar senior finance role.
• Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, CIMA, ACCA) is required.

• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
