FINANCE DIRECTOR - PAYMENTS / EMI / CARDS

InterQuest are currently supporting one of our long-term clients in finding a talented Director of Finance. This business, a FCA authorised E-Money Institution with exciting plans for the future are looking for a Finance Director with demonstrable experience in the world of payments to oversee finance and regulatory reporting for Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to use your expertise to support the management of all financial matters and collaborate across the group to excel business growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing financials and presenting to Board
• Financial reporting: ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies including the FCA
• Developing and evaluating budgets
• Assisting with audits and tax reporting
• Keeping up to date with European regulations and accounting to standards to communicate changes across the business

The right candidate will have:

• Strong experience working within payments firms, preferably E-Money or Cards businesses.
• Proven experience in a Director level Finance position.
• Expert understanding of UK GAAP and other accounting regulations.
• Strong understanding of FCA requirements.
