Great opportunity to take up a high profile finance leadership position, in a successful and fast-expanding business, based in Swansea.
In this number one finance position, you'll be working as part of the core senior leadership team that will steer the business forward as it continues to grow (organically and via acquisition). In this pivotal role, you will business partner the MD. Helping them to horizon scan and to continuously improve the business.
We are looking for a fully qualified finance professional, with strong commercial nous. You will ideally have previous M&A experience to draw upon - and will have a demonstrable track record of working within a rapidly scaling environment. You'll be a confident leader of people, with the communication skills to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
