About the role
During the 3-year programme, you will immediately enter a role with real responsibility, business partnering critical areas of the IAG Cargo business. You could be influencing investment decisions within Operations to supporting the delivery of our statutory accounts. We want you to be at the heart of decision-making that will enable successful growth and support our investment in the future. These decisions are significant and can make a huge impact on our customers, shareholders and overall financial performance. We want you to challenge the status quo and use your innovative ideas to add value to everything you do.
We have influential Finance teams supporting every directorate. Our bespoke programme allows you to make the most of your three years by rotating through these diverse areas, allowing you to gain experiencing different ideas, skillsets, portfolios and projects across the business – all while building your network along the way.
Development and Progression
IAG Cargo will sponsor and support you to gain your preferred professional finance qualification – CIMA, ACCA or ACA (ICAEW) – so that you can follow in the footsteps of our most successful graduates, whether it's into Finance Business Partnering, Business Planning & Strategy or Financial Reporting.
The programme will enable you to build your financial acumen and will facilitate you becoming a leader of the future. Our objective is support you in reaching your full potential and setting you up for success. Alongside your professional development, you will be able to take charge of your own learning journey with a tailored programme, which includes access to a global digital learning platform, corporate social responsibility opportunities, targeted workshops developing both your technical and soft skills and your own personal development plan, ensuring you extract maximum value from your time with us.

To apply, candidates must:
- Hold (or show proof they will hold upon graduation) a 2:2 degree or above (or equivalent) within the last ten years from any degree discipline
- Have the right to live and work full-time in the UK
