Our studios are considered one of the foremost motion picture and television production and post-production facilities in the world. They inform, engage, and transport audiences to new worlds. The key to that lies with our Studio Operations group, which includes areas like soundstage/backlot set rentals, events, design, culinary, construction, landscaping and much more. Your New Role…
This position works at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden (WBSL) reporting to the Studio Operations Finance Manager but will be supporting all divisions including Tours & Retail. The primary purpose of this role is to support the Studio Ops and Tours & Retail team in project work and provide cover for key operations processes. The intern will be responsible in ensuring all Studio bookings, revenues and costs are appropriately reported and reconciled whilst maintaining all back up documents.
Your Role Accountabilities…
- Regular review of Xytech work orders.
- Liaise with Productions, Finance and COE teams for any invoice/PO query resolution.
- Prepare ad hoc reconciliations (e.g., cash receipts, Adyen reports)
- Provide cover for Client services team with issuing invoices and management of production contracts to ensure accurate invoicing.
- Downloading and collating reports as required.
- Raising POs as required
- Reviewing system interfaces with technology team
- Support cash office processes as required.
- Preparation of data for royalty reporting
- Running and refreshing month end bridge reports and other Lux reports
- Ensure all Warner Bros policies and procedures are followed.
Qualifications & Experience…
- You must be a recent university graduate, having graduated no earlier than July 2022.
- Advanced Excel experience.
- Experience of providing reports and analyzing data.
- Highly numerical with exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of SAP desirable, but not essential.
- Able to convey information in a clear and succinct manner.
- Desire to produce accurate, reliable, and high-quality work in a timely manner.
The Internship...
- Salary: £27,000
- Contract Length: 12 months
- Start Date: Likely to be 9th September 2024
- You will gain hands-on experience working on business-critical projects.

- Stage 1: Submit your CV by Sunday 17th March (you will not be able to apply after this date).
- Stage 2: For eligible candidates, you will be invited to complete a written questionnaire in HireVue. The deadline for this is Sunday 24th March.
- Stage 3: Pre-recorded video interviews via HireVue will be sent out, to be completed in April.
- Stage 4: Assessment Centres & Interviews will take place May-June.
