Role: Finance Ledger Assistant - Direct Debits

Location: Whiteley (Hyrbid working)

Salary: £23,500

Fantastic Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5pm 
 

The task at hand: We are looking for a Finance Ledger Assistant to join our Ledger team. Your role will be to assist the ledger teams with the daily administration of receipts and payments.
 

Responsibilities will include: 

• Exporting and reporting daily Direct debit reports – ADDACS/AUDDIS 

• New direct debit customer uploads 

• Investigating direct debit Cases and E-mail queries in a timely manner. 

• Set up direct debit payment plans. 

• Providing support/cover to the direct debit ledger administrator for monthly and ad hoc direct debit collections (circa 16,000 volume) and failures. 

• Ensure collections are posted to the X3 ledger and reconciled. 

• Posting of Bacs receipts (high Volume) 

You'll be great in this role if: You are accurate when processing tasks at a high volume when working to strict deadlines. You will have strong excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables and previous experience working with Direct Debits and an understanding of the processes.
