Patient Choice is a Dispensing Appliance Contractor for NHS prescriptions. They focus on providing a high quality appliance home delivery service to patients that offers much more, such as repeat prescription collection, emergency deliveries in the UK or abroad, a sampling service and accessories.
They are looking for a Finance Manager, based in Wellington on a full time, permanent basis. The salary is up to £40,000. Our client offer a generous holiday allowance, plus other benefits including free parking.
Main duties include (but not limited to): -
- Manage bank reconciliation
- Responsible for VAT submission
- Responsible for month end
- Investigate P&L variances
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Prepare budgets and provide continual forecast reports and analysis
- Purchase ledger tasks
- Other duties as per the full job description
The successful candidate must have: -
- AAT or similar or qualified by experience
- Experience in business partnering
- Experience of working within a fast paced SME environment
- Good working knowledge of Excel and Accounting software’s
- Experience in preparing draft accounts
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent IT skills including Excel
