Finance Manager

Patient Choice is a Dispensing Appliance Contractor for NHS prescriptions. They focus on providing a high quality appliance home delivery service to patients that offers much more, such as repeat prescription collection, emergency deliveries in the UK or abroad, a sampling service and accessories.

They are looking for a Finance Manager, based in Wellington on a full time, permanent basis. The salary is up to £40,000. Our client offer a generous holiday allowance, plus other benefits including free parking.

Main duties include (but not limited to): -

• Manage bank reconciliation
• Responsible for VAT submission
• Responsible for month end
• Investigate P&L variances
• Balance sheet reconciliation
• Prepare budgets and provide continual forecast reports and analysis
• Purchase ledger tasks
• Other duties as per the full job description

The successful candidate must have: -

• AAT or similar or qualified by experience
• Experience in business partnering
• Experience of working within a fast paced SME environment
• Good working knowledge of Excel and Accounting software’s
• Experience in preparing draft accounts
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent IT skills including Excel
