Key Responsibilities in the Finance / Accounts Manager role:

• Taking ownership of financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
  
• Analysing financial data to provide insights into the company's financial performance
  
• Developing and implementing strategies for cost control and revenue enhancement
  
• Creating financial reports, presenting key findings, insights and recommendations to higher management and meetings
  
• Managing day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable, receivable, VAT returns and payroll for 30+ staff
  
• Collaborating with other departments to align financial strategies with overall business goals
  

To be successful in the Finance / Accounts Manager role, you will need:

• Proven experience managing finance operations or similar
• Knowledge of Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office suite
  

This is a permanent position offering full time hours, Monday to Friday and you’ll be based in offices in Colwyn Bay.
You’ll be offered an annual salary in the region of £30-40k and reviewed as probation period.
