Venn Group have been approached by an NHS Trust and would like to introduce the following positions available
Position: Finance Manager
Location: Leeds
Rate: Band 8a £50,000-£57,000
Length: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours p/week Hybrid 4 Days WFH 1 Day on-site
The role will predominantly involve:
- Handling, modelling and analysing complex data sets, working with actuarial advisors, and reporting the scheme liability
- Manage and coordinate month end activities within the team and engaging with the wider finance teams
- Liaising with key stakeholders and internal functions such as claims, early notifications, policy, business intelligence, data, and technology transformations
- Supporting the year end audit by dealing with internal and external queries
- Develop financial and analytical approaches to the scheme provision modelling and applying appropriate tools including agile and lean techniques
The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar role, and be available at short notice.
