Agility is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the day-to-day financial operations. Working closely with the Director of Finance, the Finance Manager will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, reporting, cost management, and risk management.
Role Responsibilities
- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis
- Lead the monthly outsourced payroll process, including pensions.
- Lead the month-end process to final draft format, including the preparation of the accounts pack.
- Support quarterly and annual financial reporting processes.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, highlighting key drivers and variances.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve financial performance.
- Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and performance reviews to business unit leaders.
- Closely monitor the company's cash flow, including cash reserves and forecasted cash needs.
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable processes to ensure timely collections
- Optimize working capital and manage liquidity effectively.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities within business units
Qualifications
- ACCA / CIMA
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in Sage and Xero accounting software and Excel
In return:

- 1 day a week working from home.
