Responsibilities:
- Management Accounts & Financial Reporting
- a. Manage Payables and Receivables processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Manage the payroll process/system to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Check payroll data each month before submission
- Submit VAT returns and payments to HMRC, Irish Vat returns and PSWT
- Ensuring PAYE is paid on time each month.
- Work with external accountants to prepare annual statutory accounts and supporting Schedules.
- Management Accounts
- Monitor cash flow and provide analysis and projections
- Prepare monthly management accounts and reports for company/group.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process and provide schedules as required.
- Payment Authorisations
- Manage and monitor financial authority levels to ensure compliance.
- Manage and monitor the expenses process.
- Agree and then authorise electronic payments.
- Calculate any extraordinary payments where required

- £300-400pd outside IR35
- Maximum 1 week notice
