As the lead React Developer for this team, you will be overseeing a team of developers who are creating custom user interface components using React principles and methodologies to ensure the development of robust and maintainable applications. You will be taking complex datasets consisting of thousands of rows and columns of data, and producing custom react based components from scratch that are able to render this data efficiently without compromising on performance. In this role you will have direct access to key stakeholders and C-level members, giving you the support and ability to grow and really be the master of your own destiny.
The ideal Lead React Developer has:
·5 years plus of experience developing using React.js, specifically creating custom components from scratch.
·Experience with TypeScript.
·A naturally strong problem-solving mentality.
·1-2 years experience leading small teams of developers.
·Excellent communication skills, from the team to board level.
·Educated to degree level, ideally in Computer Science.
·Experience handling applications which render large volumes of data for a user-facing applications.
