Mobile Fabric Engineer

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mobile Fabric Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for an Mobile Fabric Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Mobile Fabric Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Mobile Fabric Engineer, will be responsible for:

• Undertaking all building fabric activities such as:
  • Patch repairs
  • Minor plumbing and carpentry
  • Painting and decorating
• Work to all be carried out to the highest level of service for the client. 
• You should be capable of working to high levels of health and safety and statutory requirement
• Ensure regular monitoring and inspection procedures are carried out for all equipment as part of the preventative maintenance programme.  
• You will be required to answer queries
• Report any defects and keep the client informed of site activities at the time of the service visit
• Be part of a call out rota. 

To be successful for this Mobile Fabric Engineer role you must have:

• The ideal candidate would have a background in facilities or mobile maintenance, construction sector or similar
• Qualified to either Level 2/3 City and Guilds. 
• You will have a full current driving licence
• Be IT literate for record keeping
• Have good customer service skills
• Be physically able to carry out the fuller duties detailed in the job description.  
• You'll need to be highly self-motivated and solutions focussed with the ability to work without supervision but also enjoy working as part of a team.
