Description
Finance Manager:
Your duties will encompass the day-to-day operations, which involve managing invoices, ledgers, reconciliations, payroll, and VAT returns. Additionally, you'll be tasked with providing the director with precise and punctual management and statutory accounts information. It will be your responsibility to maintain thorough control over the general ledger, generate monthly balance sheet reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and make necessary corrections. You'll oversee the budgeting process, preparing management accounts, revenue forecasts, cash flows, stock levels, debtor reports, and profile forecasting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis as required. Furthermore, you will be involved in enhancing procedures and processes to ensure the efficient functioning of the accountancy department.
Profile
Finance Manager:
AAT level 4 or Part-Qualified ACCA/CIMA
Experience of logistics/distribution would be beneficial
Finance team management experience
Use of Xero
Great knowledge and experience of budgeting, forecasting, reporting etc.
Understanding the relationship of KPI's and cost drivers to financial management/performance of the contract against budgets and forecasts
