Certain Advantage is hiring for a Finance Manager based in South Manchester. This role is on a permanent basis and is hybrid.
The Business:
We're working on a retained basis with a privately owned property business that are on an aggressive growth trajectory to gear up to a transaction in the next few years.
The Role:
- Full ownership of the month end process
- Responsibility for cash flow forecasting, project accounting and the year end audit
- Report directly into the Finance Director, who has a multitude of experience in the sector
- Business partner non-finance teams and work closely with Group finance
- Manage a small transactional finance team
About You:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
- Strong initiative and an ambitious attitude
The Benefits:
- Salary: Up to 60k
- 20% maximum bonus
- £7k car allowance
- 25 days holiday
