Form of workCMA is partnering with a growing manufacturing organisation based in Petersfield on an exclusive basis to recruit a Finance Manager to join the team on an initial 4 month contract basis. This would be a great opportunity to join an organisation as they’re growing through a period of growth off the back of a challenging period. The Finance Manager will lead the finance function and take over ownership of the production of management accounts and payroll as well as line management for 2 members of staff.What will the Finance Manager role involve?Production of management accounts including accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations, profit and loss with commentary;Line management of two junior members of the team;Management of payroll for both hourly paid employees and salaried employees;Oversight of transactional finance including approval of BACS payments;Other ad hoc areas of finance.Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:Previous experience in a manufacturing environment would be preferable;Strong management accounting skills;Previous line management experience would be a bonus;Experience of Sage is desirable.Additional benefits and information for the role of Finance Manager:Excellent working environment with additional office perks;Enhanced holiday and pension.CMA Recruitment Group is acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this role.
