Finance Manager

Have you completed your CIMA/ACCA/ACA exams and are now looking to progress into a Finance Manager/FC role?

You might be working as a Management / Financial Accountant or potentially looking to make the transition from practice into industry. You will be supported be a Finance Director who is keen to mentor and develop somebody who has aspirations to be a future Finance Director of an SME.

You will get plenty of breadth to your role - covering management accounting, financial reporting, analysis, project accounting as well as managing a small team.

The office is based close to the M1, just north of Leicester. The role will be a mix of home & office-based, 2-3 days in the office a week.

ROLE OVERVIEW

• Ownership of the management accounts for a c£60 million turnover organisation
• Manage and mentor a small team
• KPI reporting and analysis for various department managers
• Budgeting and forecasting with analysis into variances
• Project accounting - improving financial systems and processes
• Financial accounting (balance sheet, year-end accounts, annual audit process)

ABOUT YOU

• CIMA/ACA/ACCA Qualified
• Able to commute to North Leicester 2-3 days per week
