The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Management Accountant to join our team at Saladworks. In this role you will provide a high-quality management accounting and business partnering service, to support key functions in their drive to improve performance and margins. you will also be responsible for:-
- Production of accurate and timely weekly and monthly management accounts
- Preparation and management of weekly variance analysis
- Training, development and management of the management accounts team
- Involved in the budgeting and forecasting process
- Maintenance of the standard costing system and processes
The Ideal Candidate

- Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
- Experienced working in a manufacturing environment with a working understanding of standard costing
- Experience working within a very busy account’s department.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Onsite role with an element of flexibility once completed probation
