Form of workOur client, a leading and established, FTSE 250 Construction business based in Leicester, is recruiting a Junior Finance Business Partner to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis to partner the commercial and operational teams.
As Junior Finance Business Partner, based within a commutable distance to the Leicester site, you will be responsible for the following:
- Travelling three days per week to responsible sites to partner with internal stakeholders
- Developing relationships and be confident to challenge internal stakeholders
- Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and reviews
- Producing monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary on this
- Budgeting and forecasting for all elements of P&L
- Holding meetings with internal stakeholders to advise on performance and manage costs
The successful Junior Finance Business Partner will have the following experience:
- Strong Excel Skills (intermediate upwards)
- Prior experience in a Management Accountant role
- Clear communication skills
- Able to challenge internal stakeholders
- Analytical and commercially minded
- QBE/Working towards CIMA/ACA/ACCA (Part Qualified)
- Be able to drive
As Junior Finance Business Partner, you will be entitled to the following:
- £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
- Study Support after passing probation
