Finance Manager

Reed Finance are partnered with a small but growing organisation based near Didcot who are recruiting a new Finance Manager to join the team on a part time basis.

This standalone role will ideally be done over 2/3 days and will oversee all aspects of the Finance function including:
• Preparing forward budgets
• Cashflow forecasting
• Production of P&L for the financial costings of projects
• Managing cashflow
• Bank reconciliations
• VAT returns.
• Responsible for audit closure on all entities.
• Payroll
• Monthly management accounts
• Monthly reporting to company Directors
• Statutory accounts and audit liaison

This role would be suited to someone with previous experience as an SME Finance Manager and the ability to take full ownership and responsibility over a small finance function. You will be able to stick to tight deadlines and be comfortable communicating and presenting to non-finance directors, adopting a consultative and partnering approach.
