A permanent Finance Manager job for a charity based in Hertford paying £35,000-£40,000.
You’ll be working for a highly regarded charity based in Hertford that are currently undergoing a period of change. They have an extensive presence in the local area and pride themselves in giving back to the community.
You’ll be working as a Finance Manager and will be responsible for managing the finance function. Your duties will include;
- Monthly management accounts
- Management reporting and commentaries
- Management of the transactional finance team
- Business partner to other public sector bodies and stakeholders
- Budgeting and forecasting
You’ll ideally be a qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent) although other qualifications and experience will be considered. You’ll also need to have experience within the public sector ideally in an organisation that manages funding from local authority. You'll need to have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and experience of leading a team.
You’ll be paid £35,000-£40,000 and work a 35 hour week in an office based role. You'll be working in an excellent office space in a central location with parking on site and close to a plentiful supply of local amenities.
