Finance Manager
Search are partnered with a Management Services provider in the Central Belt of Scotland to hire a Finance Manager for their fast-growing team. You will oversee the management of projects in the PFI and Infrastructure sector.
The Finance Manager will guide and support the team of Accountants to ensure the achievement of KPIs and adhere to project milestones.
Duties
- Preparation and review of management and statutory accounts, processes and controls
- Provide technical expertise on accounting standards, policies and treatments
- Ensure all project milestones achieved and reported accurately per SLAs
- Recommend process improvements across all reporting
- Preparation of budgets and cash flow forecasts
- Manage relationships with project board, audit and tax partners
- Coaching and training junior staff
- Company secretary duties for projects in portfolio
Requirements
- Fully qualified CA (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Dynamic and analytical approach
- Continuous improvement mindset
