How you'll make an impact
In this unique Group Management Accountant opportunity, you will act as No.2 in finance; partnering closely with the impressive CFO to take the finance department to the next level. You will mentor and develop the current transactional team and receive a high degree of autonomy to expand the function's skill sets. This role offers an obvious natural progression to Financial Controller and eventually Finance Director.

• Preparation of monthly Group Management Accounts
• Ownership of the development of the Management Accounts reporting
• Cash flow and forecasting
• Ownership of P&L, Balance Sheet
• Development of line reports (currently two reports)
• Input into SLT meetings
• Development of systems Why our client is excited about you

You will be comfortable explaining complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders in a clear and engaging way.

• Qualified CIMA or ACCA or QBE
• End-to-end management accounts preparation experience
• Strong analytically with an inquisitive mindset
• A confident communicator who enjoys stakeholder engagement
• Commercial acumen with the ability to see the bigger picture
