Reed Accountancy are partnered with a highly successful and growing business in the Horsham area who are seeking a Finance Manager to join their team to lead the Lettings team on a permanent basis. This will be a hands-on role with oversight of day-to-day transactions, managing a well-established team and driving the business forward. This role will be predominantly office based and due to the nature of the role, previous lettings sector experience is essential. As Finance Manager- Lettings, your key duties will include: Overseeing the successful running of a busy lettings finance team Assisting senior leadership team with acquisitions of potential businesses Monthly reconciliations Hands-on involvement to ensure effective team management and smooth running of the department Setting and reviewing KPIs for recognition & rewards Supporting the wider business through attendance of regular meetings and representation of the lettings department The ideal candidate for this position will have: Strong team management experience Previous experience within lettings (essential) Good Excel skills including pivots and v-lookups A hands-on approach to everyday tasks, to ensure that tight deadlines are met Key benefits include: Private medical insurance Generous holiday allowance Extra day's annual leave for your birthday Due to the nature of this position, the role will be office based however our client offer parking on site and are easily accessible via public transport.
