Description

• Manage day-to-day financial operations within the company, including data analysis, forecasting needs, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Develop strategies to optimise financial performance and strategic position.
• Contribute to company financial strategy and decision-making processes.
• Prepare and submit annual accounts and returns.
• Oversee corporate budgeting process.
• Engage with auditors and manage financial audits.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
• Ensure legal compliance in all financial functions.

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
• Strong understanding of financial law and compliance standards.
• Professional qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven experience in the FMCG industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• A solid understanding of financial software and MS Office.
• Ability to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
