Description

• Oversee the financial operations of the organisation and ensure timely and accurate financial reports and practices.
• Lead financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Support and advise the management team on financial related matters.
• Ensure the regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions.
• Prepare and present financial reports and metrics to the board of trustees.
• Coordinate and manage the annual audit process.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve financial processes.

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• A degree-level education in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Expertise in a financial management role within a not-for-profit organisation.
