We are delighted to be working in partnership with a highly successful client in South Oxfordshire, who are recruiting for a Finance Manager (Part Time) to join their team.
The role will provide financial management support to a team of consultants and support the Directors monitor company performance and plan growth.
Role: Finance Manager (Part Time)
Salary: GBP30,000
Hours: 16 - 24 hours a week
Location: South Oxfordshire

Responsibilities of the Finance Manager (Part Time):
- Prepare forward budgets.
- Financial cost, and cash flow projections
- Produce P & L for the financial costings of projects.
- Managing cashflow
- Bank reconciliation.
- Complete and submit VAT returns.
- Responsible for audit closure on all entities.
- Payroll
- Day to day bookkeeping, i.e. processing sales/purchase invoices, reconciling cashbooks, VAT returns, corporation tax returns and credit control.
- Monthly management accounts, required within tight deadlines after month end and ensuring all information is available in a timely basis.
- Monthly reporting to company Directors on financial performance
- Preparation of annual accounts
- Managing company benefits (PMI, etc) and company insurances
Requirements of the Finance Manager (Part Time):
- Minimum 5, ideally 10 years' experience of the above responsibilities is preferred in a senior financial managerial position with a proven record of success.
- A full working knowledge and understanding of accounting software (e.g. KashFlow, Sage50 or equivalent) and Excel experience is essential.
- Fully qualified to Level 4 Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT)
- Membership of the Association of Accounting Technicians is desirable but not essential.
