Bond Williams Accounting and Finance are working with an established and growing business based in Poole to recruit a Qualified Finance Manager. This is a great time to join the company as there some exciting things happening over the next 2-3 years.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will have day to day responsibility for a small team of finance staff together with:
* ensuring all finance functions and records are maintained
* production of monthly management accounts are accurate and timely
* monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
* ensuring all income and costs have been approved, recorded accurately and VAT is correctly treated
* assisting with the annual audit and support the completion of statutory group accounts
* assisting with production of regular KPIs and weekly results
* VAT preparation and submission
You will need to be qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and ideally experience within a manufacturing environment (although not essential). Strong analysis skills and advanced level Excel would be essential together with previous supervisory/management experience.
