Finance Manager - Hybrid

Sheridan Maine is delighted to represent our Poole based client, a dynamic and growing company, in their search for an experienced Finance Manager.
As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the financial performance of our client's site in Poole.
Your responsibilities as Finance Manager will include:

• Provide accurate and timely financial reports, analysis, and insights to support decision-making processes.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities to support business planning and performance management.
• Foster a culture of cost consciousness and financial responsibility throughout all departments to ensure efficient overhead management.
• Conduct thorough reviews and provide authorisation for monthly balance sheet reconciliations to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure the integrity of financial data and adherence to internal controls.
• Mentor and develop finance team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, offering financial guidance and recommendations.

To be considered for the role of Finance Manager:

• Finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW etc).
• Excellent leadership qualities.
• Demonstrated history of enhancing business outcomes by delivering precise insights and rigorously scrutinising outcomes.
• Effective communication and stakeholder liaison skills.
