The School and Role

The Job role would be Supporting pupils in achieving positive and meaningful outcomes in line with their education and/or care plans. This is not an educational setting-based role it would be looking after children and young adults outside of school hours. You would be working with the pupils on life skills, cooking, cleaning, laundry and getting them ready for school and bed.

Requirements:

The desired Residential Support Worker will have;

• Experience of working with children or young adults
• Experience of working with pupils and/or service users with SEND
• A passion for the progress of students with additional needs
• An ability to work as part of a team
