We have one vacancy available for a Residential Support practitioner based at our home in Thornton (BD13). Starting July 2024.
We also have two peripatetic vacancies working across the service at our homes in Cleckheaton (BD19), Thornton (BD13), Low Moor (BD12) and Denholme (BD13). Immediate start.
Full in house on the job training is offered inc. Level 3 for unqualified staff and a competitive salary.
We are looking for highly skilled, experienced, passionate individuals aged 21 or older who would like to join our amazing team to help deliver our children and Young People's service offering high quality, care and support!!

Our service is based upon therapeutic delivery.
Each of our homes cater for a maximum of 2 children/young people with a Manager, Deputy Manager and team of Residential Support Practitioners offering a full range of care and support both to the children/young people (and each other).
We offer:
- A competitive salary £29,800 (based on an avg, 38hr week and 7 sleeps over a three week period (Hourly Rate is £12 and £50 per sleep)
- All bank holidays and Christmas Eve and New Years Eve are paid at time and a half.
- All staff are salaried and paid a flat monthly amount with any additional overtime added to this each month.

The role requires all applicants to have:
- An enhanced DBS check.
- For qualified staff - a Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or Level 3 CYP Workforce Diploma (with Social Care Pathway) or Level 3 Caring for CYP (with Social Care Pathway) or NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care together with NVQ3 Caring for CYP.
- For unqualified staff - you must have at least 12mths experience of working within the Children's Residential Sector or extensive experience of working with children and young people. Please note that if you are unqualified, upon completion of your probation period, we will fund and support you to achieve your L3 qualification.
- A driving licence, use of their own vehicle for business purposes and business insurance (you will be paid a mileage allowance of .45p per mile).
