Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join an SME manufacturing business based in Fareham on a permanent basis. This position will be reporting into the CEO and will be responsible for managing the entire accounting process, preparation of monthly management accounts and implementing processes and procedures.
The Role:
- Oversee the day-to-day finance operations
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Balance sheet reporting and reconciliation and consolidation of P&L, Balance Sheet & Cashflow
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Providing financial information to the CEO
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Studying towards CIMA/ACCA/ACA or qualified (desirable), would consider part qualified
- Experience working within SME manufacturing industry
- Strong IT skills (Pivots and VLOOKUPS)
