SalaryWe are on the hunt for a talented Management Accountant to join a thriving software company, based in Southampton, on a 3-month temporary basis. You will benefit from hybrid and flexible working, part-time hours (3 days a week) and a modern and collaborative work environment.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Maintenance of fixed assets
- Review and analysis of P&L
- Trial balance
- Accrual and prepayments
- Bookkeeping – supporting with ledger and clerical tasks, raising and sending out invoices
- Closing out ledgers at month end
- Assisting with credit control when needed
- Supporting with ad hoc project work
What you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as Management Accountant / Commercial Accountant / Finance Business Partner / Assistant Management Accountant
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Immediate availability or short notice
