Finance Operations Manager

Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 per annum PRO-RATA

Part time 25 hours a week over 4 to 5 days, flexible on hours worked each day

Must be a car driver

We're currently in a growth period and urgently need a superb Finance Operations Manager to help drive our growing business forward. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of one of Essex's leading recruitment consultancies and to become an integral part of the management team.

Job description: As Finance Operations Manager you will establish and maintain best practice in all office processes and procedures. You will assist and occasionally deputise for the managing director in the organisation and administration of the business as a whole.

You will liaise with key management team members, including our Learning & Development Director, Marketing Manager, and Financial Controller. You will work closely with the MD, to ensure the smooth running of the business.

You will take primary responsibility for the management of IT, Finance and HR systems and processes, as well as project management, events management and the implementation of new strategies.

What you will need:To be suitable for this role you it is essential that you are PartQualified, you should have significant administration and line management experience, coupled with detailed knowledge of Finance and HR procedures. It will be helpful to have experience of implementing new initiatives and strategies. Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills are vital, including the ability to liaise confidently with staff, clients, and stakeholders at all levels. will
