MSC Group UK is actively looking for a driven and agile Administration Team Supervisor to join our dynamic finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to lead the import administration team within the MSC UK finance department.
Working within our query and administration teams you will provide financial, operational, and progressive leadership within the import administration team and finance department. Contribute to the expertise in the development and implementation of procedures, whilst driving the continuous improvement in processes, controls and the effective use of IT tools and solutions.

How you will help us and what you can expect
- Lead the Import Administration Team to ensure all KPI's for team/individual are meet consistently
- Support the team with discrepancy challenges and escalations as well as ensuring actions are taken to eliminate and prevent recurrence of identified root causes
- Evaluate team/individual performance on a regular basis
- Work with the team manager to find efficiencies and enhancements within the team setting, where possible
- Continually develop skills and knowledge in line with business growth and expansion
- Work with key business stakeholders both internal and external to resolve issues in a timely effective manner
- Reporting financial updates using key business statistics
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in an evolving environment and often shifting priorities
