Description
The Role:
- Oversee both the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.
- People management of a small team.
- Ensure invoices are raised and payment collected promptly.
- Investigate any issues and review Aged Debt.
- Overall Credit Control responsibility.
- Regular contact with other departments to ensure smooth invoicing process and prompt payment of monies.
- Work to deadline and within compliance regulations.
- Maintain invoicing trackers and chase PODs.
- Ensure payments are received before release of goods.
- Approve price lists and record within the system.
- Sales reconciliation and Week vs Month analysis.
- Ensure incoming invoices are processed promptly within weekly payment run.
- General office duties as required.
- Mon-Fri.
- 100% Office-based.
Profile
The Ideal Candidate:
- Team management experience.
- Strong finance background.
- Strong IT skills with proficiently in MS Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, time management and attention to detail skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred.
- Finance and Accounting qualification, preferred.
