We seek an exceptional Finance System Implementation Manager to join our close-knit team. In this role, you will lead the implementation of a new Finance System that will allow us to efficiently manage the growth of the organisation.
The main responsibility of the Finance System Implementation Manager is to manage the implementation of the new system.
Main duties include the following:
- Collaboratively develop a robust chart of accounts system
- Master Data cleanse
- Lead data migration, testing and integrity
- Workflow roles, security and user access
- Report design (financial, management & departmental reports)
- Procedure Documentation & Training
- Tracking deliverables and report on progress
- Managing risks, issues, and actions throughout the project
Do you have:
- 2 years experience with Finance Systems implementations
- ERP System experience
- An understanding of financial management processes
- Knowledge of financial process design inc GL
