Job Title: Finance System Support Analyst

Location: Leeds (5 days on site)
Here at The Bridge IT, we are working with a client that is seeking for a talented Finance System Support Analyst to join their growing team!
You will act as the first line of support within the finance department dealing with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
As Service Desk Analyst you will provide a single point of contact to assist with resolving queries, managing escalations and fixing finance issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain tickets across various workstreams, taking ownership of issues and ensuring timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
- Collaborate with other finance teams, business services teams, and shared service teams to uphold finance policies and meet service levels.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports and metrics.
- Assist in creating and maintaining process documentation and reports.
- Undertake other daily tasks assigned by the Finance Service Desk Team Leader/Manager.
- Perform in line with agreed procedures, SLAs, and customer expectations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience working in a professional and complex enterprise-level environment.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, ideally ServiceNow.
- Demonstrable experience supporting Financial applications and Microsoft technologies.
