Introduction to the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to be a key team member in the Finance Systems Team, overseeing the financial accounting and integrated systems under management and guidance of the Finance Systems Manager.
The role is regulated in accordance with SRA Outcome Focused regulation and other legislation that may be in force from time to time.
Introduction to the team:
The Finance Systems team is a friendly team that are responsible for various aspects of various systems including but not limited to; security, configurations, user management, system reconciliations, integrations, testing and user support.
The work is diverse and interesting – no two days are alike, and you will have the opportunity to get involved with the wider Finance Division, IT department as well as other areas of the Firm.

- Intapp Time
- Intapp Open and Intake
- CopiTrak
- Sharedo
Key responsibilities:
- Financial Systems Maintenance & Monitoring
- Supporting Business users
- Promoting Best Practices
Essential Skillset:
- Proactive and positive approach
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes in a rapidly changing business environment.
- Finance / Legal Cashier experience
- Ability to learn efficiently the principles of accounting policies, regulations and procedures.
- Good / advanced knowledge of MS Office Applications (including Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Flexibility in approach and a willingness to work outside normal office hours, if required
- Good team player, with the ability to manage time, and priorities efficiently.
- The ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with staff and suppliers.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- Work to a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Desirable:
- Experience working with Aderant Expert systems.
- Ability to prepare written documents, such as process / service documents.
- Work towards developing solutions and evaluating issues / queries.
- Excellent telephone and communication skills including ability to communicate with internal and external customers at all levels.
- Knowledge of the operational factors which exist in a large law firm.
