Finance Team Leader

Company Overview

You will be joining a very well-established, prestigious and highly regarded Law Firm as their Finance Team Leader on a full-time, permanent basis. The Finance Team currently consists of 3 people (Finance Director, Financial Controller, Finance Admin) but due to the firms rapid growth, the team are looking to hire a Finance Team Leader to support the Finance Admin, and another Finance Administrator who will be joining in the next few weeks. Based in their Bristol office 2-3 days a week, you will have the option to work from home for the remaining days of the week.

Role Responsibilities

In your new role, you will be responsible for bank reconciliations, financial accounting, weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting, VAT Returns, processing invoices, processing bills, and chasing outstanding invoices.

Role Requirements

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have experience using the Accounting software Xero and be confident with the use of Excel to an intermediate level (vlookups, pivot tables, sumifs). You will be a proactive, self-motivated, enthusiastic team player with a collaborative approach and an outstanding work ethic. You will ideally have some Team Leadership/supervisory experience and be confident managing people. You will be a reliable and dedicated individual with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

In Return

You will receive an annual salary of up to £35,000 (depending on experience) + benefits and this package will be regularly reviewed to remain in line with market rate.
