Job Description
We are currently looking for a Finance Trainee to join our team of associates at Rosewood London. This role will provide valuable assistance within the department, specifically in the accounts payable area and play a crucial role in ensuring the hotel's expenses are promptly and accurately recorded. It is open for a duration of 10-12 months, starting from May onwards.
Key expectations of this role are
- Ensuring invoices are approved in time to meet the established payment cycle.
- Remitting payments on invoices as directed by the Accounts Payable Supervisor.
- Working in accordance with the payment process outlined by the Accounts Payable Supervisor.
- Matching and comparing invoices with the relative PO or other back up highlighting any significant discrepancy to the relative budget holder.
- Receiving calls and emails from suppliers and assist with their enquiries.
