SalaryRECfinancial are currently shortlisting exclusively for our long-term client as they look to recruit an experienced Financial Accountant into the Finance team on a permanent hybrid basis.
Based in North Leicestershire, it has seen significant growth over the years and continues to be a market leader in its' field, providing a European based diverse range of products The role sees a direct line through to Senior Finance and will involve all areas of Financial reporting, focusing on the technical elements of driving processes, VAT, P&L, imports, Tax, transactional reporting and reconciliations.
As an individual, your role will also involve working across departments within the business from Purchasing, Procurement, Logistics, other than just finance and also externally, working closely with Auditor etc.
The business offers an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for the next step in their career and are passionate about internal promotion. Whilst a corporate business, there is still a family feel about it internally and long hours are a no no.
Ideally you'll already have a technical background within a similar reporting role, possibly within Supply Chain or Import and ideally be on the way to becoming qualified ACCA/ACA or CIMA. Our client will also consider those from a Practice background looking for an industry move. Attitude and ability are key.
