Financial Accountant

Reed Finance are supporting a repeat client who require a Financial Accountant on an interim basis (assignment approx. 3 months, possibly extending to 6). Based in Reading, this business solutions company are established and offer a friendly and includive working environment. 

You will be heavily involved with transactional finance, reporting, compliance and audit, and financial control as well as stakeholder engagement and collaborating with cross-functional teams including Group accounting, financial services, and Finance Business Partners.

The day rate offered for this role is 300-400 per day umbrella doe

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Required:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in transactional finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems, processes, and regulations.
• Being open to learn and understand local regulations and document these.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate experience of new process implementation.

Preferable:

• Marathon,
• Dynamics 365 finance experience
• SAP BPC or similar reporting tool experience
