GBR Recruitment Ltd are working exclusively with a leading “people centric” Lincolnshire based manufacturer, recruiting for an experienced Financial Accounts Executive with strong day to day financial accounting skills & strong ERP systems skills (intermediate) to join their highly successful & busy team.
If you have used SAP, Epicor, Syspro, Sage or other ERP systems then you could be ideal for this role. Plus the client will train you in Microsoft Power BI, so you can create, amend & update MI dashboards.
The Finance role is responsible for producing / reconciling both supplier & customer invoices & payments, plus credit control duties inc. chasing debtors & managing overdue accounts.
As a key Financial Accounts team member, you will also be providing month end accounts & year end accounts support, plus when trained by the company produce financial / commercial data analysis using Microsoft Power BI Dashboards (transferring existing data into Power BI, via importing & creating dashboards, plus improving / modifying existing dashboards).
Once trained by the client, thePower BIDashboards you will produce in this role, will inc. sales, financial performance & customer management information, using a selection of charts / visual management tools for all to see & access within the senior operational management team.
Along with the financial aspects of this role, you will also assist with customer service duties, such as answering customers telephone queries & dealing with customers specific product orders (chasing processed orders for updates on completion etc.).
Naturally you will have professional communication skills, over the telephone, email & face to face.
You will also be particularly strong in Excel spreadsheets (ideally intermediate level inc. analysing data, setting up spreadsheets, plus export & import data correctly).
As well as a strong financial numerical mindset, you will also possess strong manufacturing process knowledge (any manufacturing sector) & ideally have proven management accounting qualifications such as AAT, ACCA, CIMA, or be time served (not essential but ideal).
