My client is an award-winning IFA business with a 30-year track record based in Swindon. They offer whole of market advice on Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning, IHT, Trusts, Mortgages and Protections. They prefer to do holistic financial planning rather than transactional pieces of work. Many of their clients have been with the business since it’s inception and this is testament to the quality of service the advisers give and this generates lots of recommendations and referrals for the business which has seen it grow over many years.
They have built an revered reputation across the region as one of the leading wealth management firms. Their clients are a mix of working professionals, wealth accumulators, business executives, retirees and HNW families with very substantial assets to be managed. The highest net worth cases have over £2m to invest. The business has gone through a significant change over the past 2 years with the Directors retiring and the new crop of leaders pushing the business forward with some very exciting plans for 2024 and beyond. The first steps of this plan is to recruit administrative support staff.
My client is creating 2 brand-new role within the business for Financial Administrators. You must have 18 months of experience working in an independent advice firm as an Administrator. The role will be working on with 2 high billing adviser. The hiring managers can offer a very secure and rewarding role with £30,000 - £35,000 basic salary and a very attractive benefits package. 3 days per week in the office will be on offer after initial training and onboarding which has won numerous awards and accolades. There is a route to being a Team Leader in the future for the right person
