Financial Adviser

City & Capital are currently representing a highly respected & much sought after financial advisory business who are actively looking to appoint a confident, knowledgeable & suitably qualified Financial Adviser to their South West (UK) team at an important time.

Due to our clients market reputation & standing this is a rare opening to join the business that does not come around very often. Our client requires an Adviser that has a minimum Level 4 qualification & that is highly experienced across the full suite of advice products.

This is an employed role where you will immediately inherit a portfolio of HNW clients in your region to manage & grow over time.

Due to this, there are no expectations for Advisers to bring their own clients with them, however, should this suit the ideal candidate for this role, then our client does have the capacity to onboard clients too, where this is a preference.

Within the role you will be ably supported by the advisory’s large & experienced team of administrative and paraplanning support to ensure the best and most efficient level of service for clients.

Additionally, you are not expected to be in the office every day for this role and therefore this team will be key in terms of supporting your ongoing needs & allowing you to do what you do best in terms of meeting and supporting clients.

The Ideal Individual will...

• Hold a minimum Level 4 qualification.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of client satisfaction within an advisory role
• Will hold current CAS status
• Be confident in managing their own diary of appointments with clients
• Happy to travel the SW region to meet clients for important appointments

Our client is willing to pay up to c£75k as a basic salary for the ideal individual, relevant to experience & qualifications, as you would expect. Higher offers may be considered for exceptional candidates. Salary will be complemented by a strong benefits package & additional earning potential based on performance.

Most notably, this is a business with an outstanding reputation in the market built on years of continued delivery for notable HNW's in your region. As above, openings are rare and therefore I do not expect this role to be on the market for very long at all!
