Financial Adviser, Dynamic Financial Planning Business

Fantastically dynamic Financial Planning Business with c.£250mil Assets Under Advice and the provision of business through acquisitions of client books from other advisory firms.

Financial Adviser role, engaging with clients typically with c.£50-500k of investable assets - experience of providing pensions and investments advice therefore essential, Level 4 RDR / CAS qualifications needed.

Client Details

Our client is a modern, dynamic Financial Planning Business offering a predominantly remote / telephone / video/virtual call based service to retail clients across the UK. The business currently has over £250mil Assets Under Advice and continues to grow through the acquisitions of client books from other advisory firms.

Our client's planning service covers mainly pensions and retirement planning, but also includes Wealth Management and ISA's / GIA's / Investment Bonds.

Description

• Typical clients will have between £50-500k of investable assets - you will be providing pension and investments advice
• Expectation to work in accordance with all compliance procedures of the firm - full support provided by the paraplanning team
• To follow the prescribed advice processes for each business area
• To conduct financial reviews and identify suitable opportunities for new business
• Work closely with the technical team in respect to giving clear direction to paraplanning in order to facilitate the delivery of advice

Profile

• Experience of providing pension and investments advice to clients
• Experience in an advisory role
• Technical competence in advising on pensions, investments and insurances in the pre and post retirement stages
• Accustomed and confident in dealing with clients and providers via telephone / video calls on all parts of the advice process
• A large part of the role is being able to show confidence, passion, build client rapport authority, personality, handle objections, and also have empathy and the ability to put clients at ease
• Level 4 Diploma Status and Competent Adviser Status (CAS) needed
• To be a self-starter and be able to manage leads and report into senior management

Job Offer

Our client is looking to pay a Base Salary of £50-55k with generous OTE to be discussed at interview.
