• Analysing financial data and creating financial models for decision support.
• Improving financial status by analysing results, monitoring variances and identifying trends.
• Recommending actions by analysing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses.
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Increasing productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.
• Performing market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps.
• Maintaining a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models.
• Guiding the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.

Profile

A successful Financial Analyst should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, financial modelling and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly strong in Excel.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
